Cancellation and refund policy for online courses.

Students/ Learners who register for a training course occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for students/ learners who decide not to take the course. Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:

  1. The student/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the student/user requests a refund, in writing via email within 24 hours from the date of the registration (email notification sent). There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
  2. We are unable to offer refunds after the exam has been attempted.

If you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the course commences during the 1day cancellation period) and/or if you access the course materials via our online course spaces (i.e. via our virtual learning environment), no refund will be payable.

Cancellation by Magic and Art University

Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our program, Magic and Art University reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course. If for any reason we cancel a course, all course fees will be returned as per the decision of management.
